JoJo Golden Spirit Tier List Hub

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit launched on 13 August 2026 as a licensed mobile auto-battler RPG from KLab Games and Wanda Cinemas Games. This hub is not a forever ranking. It is a launch snapshot taken from the Pocket Gamer Stand list published on 14 August 2026, one day after global servers opened. Banners, Ability shards, and weather patches will move names. Treat every letter grade as a first-week reading, then confirm it against your own Hall of Trials clears and launch event banners.

How this snapshot is built

Pocket Gamer ranked playable Stand users for general account value: who leads a party, who fills a hole, and who sits in the collection tab. That is useful when you spend Uncharted Fate cards, but it is not the same as a story clear list. The PVE tier list weights Giorno Giovanna, Joseph Joestar, and Koichi Hirose harder because the Entrance Exam and early chapters punish teams that cannot keep a flame lit. The PvP tier list grades Ranked Arena and Free-For-All after the 26 August 2026 pass, where parked defense and Rush matter more than weather. Reroll advice cares about the first SSR you can actually hold, not the full S row.

Unreleased names do not belong on this chart. Josuke Higashikata, Jolyne Cujoh, Dio and DIO, Yoshikage Kira, Pannacotta Fugo, Trish Una, Risotto Nero, Jean Pierre Polnareff, Iggy, Noriaki Kakyoin, Wamuu, and Kars are not playable at launch. Do not plan a team around them. Jonathan Joestar appeared in closed tests and was replaced by Jotaro Kujo when the global client shipped. Rank the eleven launch SSR units plus the SR and R pool, nothing else.

S tier (14 August 2026)

S is the must-have row. These Stands typically lead a party or supply a job no substitute covers well.

• Giorno Giovanna — the heal lynchpin. Gold Experience restoring HP is why he carries early story and still sits in later lineups.
• Jotaro Kujo — featured on Fated Expedition from 13 August through 10 September 2026.

If you already own Giorno, keep him even when a flashier damage SSR arrives; PVE still wants the heal. Mix fighting styles so three different ultimates can open Rush instead of stacking one color.

A tier

A is elite and often the best SR or off-banner SSR you will actually use. Pocket Gamer listed Blueford for burst damage; this wiki uses the Phantom Blood name Bruford. Santviento in that article is Santana, the Battle Tendency pillar man unit. Hermes Costello is Ermes Costello. Tonio Trendy is Tonio Trussardi. Mohammed Avdol is Muhammad Avdol.

A tier as of 14 August 2026: Bruford, Guido Mista, Sports Maxx, Narancia Ghirga, Will A. Zeppeli, Robert E.O. Speedwagon, Sale, Gwess, Shigekiyo Yangu, N’Doul, Straizo, Pesci, Santana, Keicho Nijimura, Chaka, Joseph Joestar, Akira Otoishi, Mario Zucchero, Secco, Ermes Costello, Prosciutto, Muhammad Avdol, Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli, Melone, Formaggio, and Tonio Trussardi.

Joseph is free from the two-million pre-registration milestone and still earns a slot: Hermit Purple stun work on the Entrance Exam is real. Caesar and Avdol are launch SSRs who sit in A for general value even though they remain excellent Ranged and Special pieces. Pair Cioccolata with Secco when you can. Read the players hub before you six-stack one part of the manga and lock yourself out of Rush.

B and C tier

B holds distinctive kits that do not always fit a full party: Hol Horse, Tarkus (Tarukus in some menus), Mariah, Squalo, Imposter Captain Tennille (Captain Dragon), Kenzou, Viviano Westwood, Johngalli A., Ghiaccio, and Lang Rangler. Squalo jumps in rain. Hol Horse is a respectable ranged piece whose bullet-control fantasy lives mostly on the ultimate.

C is collection-first: Leaky-Eye Luca, Anjuro Katagiri, and Rudol von Stroheim. They are not dead accounts, but they are not reroll targets and they should not eat Extreme Trial keys. Use them for investigations or shard fodder after you have a working S or A core.

What to do with the snapshot

1. New account: finish the tutorial, skip the bind, then follow how to reroll.
2. Story and Hall of Trials: open the PVE ranks before you copy S-row names into every stage.
3. Ranked Arena and Free-For-All: use the PvP ranks and the PvP guide, not this snapshot.
4. Roster facts: the SSR roster lists who is actually in the client.
5. Spend: redeem codes first, then read getting started so Quest Level, not star count, sets your cap.

Letter grades will move after Ability banners and weather patches. Check launch notes when a kit changes, then come back here for the snapshot rather than treating any thumbnail as law. If you only remember one rule from this hub: Giorno is the early-game carry because he heals, and the rest of S-tier is a wish list, not a requirement to clear Naples.
