This page is the dated change log for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit on the global iOS and Android client. KLab Games and Wanda Cinemas Games opened servers on 13 August 2026. Wanda Cinemas Games publishes. HOOLAI GAME LIMITED operates the store listing (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: GS). Japan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau are excluded. Client versions and shards

Launch store clients sat near 1.0.4. Google Play refreshed the listing on 10 August 2026, three days before servers opened. Internal launch build notes also cite 1.0.17 as the day-one package. If your device still shows an older binary, force the store update before you report a bug the August notes already closed.

First login asks for a server region: EU, NA, or SEA. Guilds, Ranked Arena, and World Boss live on that shard. Data is not shared. Reroll on the region you will actually play; the reroll guide does not follow you across oceans.

Noble Soul story at launch ran nine chapters. Story still splits a dialogue track from a combat track on Normal and Hard. Fast-forward and skip landed in a launch-week quality-of-life pass so those chapters do not eat an afternoon. Treasure Hunt, a Character Gallery upgrade, mail capacity 50 → 100, and chat history 40 → 150 arrived in the same quality-of-life bundle. A Jotaro Badge Blueprint shortcut pointed Monthly Pass owners at the craft row without digging menus.

Combat tuning in that bundle weakened 106 enemies and lowered World Boss score thresholds. Guild Boss rewards were adjusted in the same pass. None of that replaces Quest Level caps. If Courage Essence still will not apply, you are against the cap on progression, not against a silent nerf.

15 August 2026 — live hotfix, no downtime

Servers stayed up. The note you will feel:

• Novice Ability Recruitment wishlist now shows ability names instead of blank rows.
• Monthly Pass Store added a Jotaro Badge Blueprint and refreshed free rewards. Up to four Jotaro blueprints; Koichi and Giorno blueprints were also stocked. That is a pass sink, not a Fated Expedition hat sink. See items.
• Level 5 Special Offer: 10 Uncharted Fate, once, for two hours after you hit the floor.
• Fixes: Guild Entertainment Wheel freezes, Guild Quest chests, wishlist translations, and a Tarkus World Boss freeze.

If your guild wheel still hangs, force the store client, then relog. If a World Boss meter looks frozen on Tarkus, that is this bug class, not a missing badge.

26 August 2026 — maintenance 05:00–08:00 UTC

Every server went down for three hours, then mailed compensation. Content that landed:

• Orange Bomb polish (the Fated Expedition minigame).
• Free-For-All balance.
• Featured Character and Ability Recruitment Packs plus a Featured Recruitment Store.
• Energy Operation Phase 2 (stamina overlay that competes with story, hats, and Arena).
• Avatar-frame like tracker (social cosmetic, not a new code). CBT2026 itself expired by 3 September 2026 on public code checks; do not type it for a frame.

Fixes in the same window: Free-For-All screens, missing Italian quest text, Card Flip display, recruitment images, Ranked Match defender models, and Tactical Simulation. If a Ranked defense preview still shows the wrong Stand, reset the defense team once after updating. Versus rules sit on the PvP guide; grades sit on the PvP tier list.

Energy Operation Phase 2 is why the daily checklist puts hats and Quest Level before Ranked tickets. The overlay does not refill Uncharted Fate.

What did not change

Fated Expedition (宿命遠征) still runs 13 August 2026 through 10 September 2026 EST. Featured unit remains Jotaro Kujo. Exchange item remains Jotaro’s Hat. Minigames remain Mist Skirmish, Card Flip, Coin Toss, Orange Bomb, and Memory Match. Neither August window extended that shop. Spend hats before it closes.

SSR rate is still 2 percent (2.85 percent displayed with guarantee). Permanent pity is still 60 for a random SSR. Featured pity is still 60 for the featured unit. Permanent selectors at 180 and 300 on Character Recruitment were not removed. Rush is still three different styles, about ten seconds, 25 percent Final DMG.

Promo codes are not patch notes. The live table is the codes hub. As of 3 September 2026 public checks, eleven strings still redeem and CBT2026 plus AX2026 are expired. A patch will not revive an expired Exchange Code.

After you patch

1. Claim mailbox compensation and leftover pre-registration mail. Capacity is 100; empty it.
2. Redeem any new codes with the redeem walkthrough.
3. If unbound, finish reroll before you attach a publisher login.
4. Spend Jotaro’s Hat and login stamps on the events board while Fated Expedition is live.
5. Spin the guild Entertainment Wheel up to 20, then run Hall of Trials and story for Quest Level.
6. Recheck Ranked defense models and Free-For-All after 26 August before you rebuild a five.

Store snapshots around research time (about 1 million downloads, 4.1 stars, 9,800 reviews) do not tell you whether Card Flip still misrenders. Client version, this page, and in-game mail are the change log. When a later window ships a mode or a bug list large enough to stand alone, it gets a row here. Until then, treat 15 August as the guild-and-wishlist pass and 26 August as the Versus-and-packs pass.
